Sandy is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in customer service, sales, administration, and management. With over 15 years of experience in the UK and a decade working across Africa and the UAE, she has developed a deep understanding of people management, leadership, and training.Her career began in the UK in 1996 at Sight & Sound Training Center, where she earned a Business Administration Diploma and was quickly recognized for her leadership potential. She was hired as an NVQ Assessor, where she honed her ability to train and mentor individuals in soft skills, communication, and service excellence. Sandy’s passion for leadership and people development led her to pursue extensive professional training, becoming a facilitator in Customer Service, Effective Communication, Body Language, Time Management, Telephone Etiquette, Event Management, and Workplace Motivation. She firmly believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset and that strong leadership is built on passion, dedication, empathy, and decisiveness. Her hands-on experience in customer relations, retail, and service industries has provided her with valuable real-world insights, enriching her training approach with practical case studies. Additionally, she has worked extensively in the UAE’s education sector, teaching English as a second language and supporting students with learning difficulties, helping them build essential communication and motor skills.
